Managing a global teams for global success

My talk will be focussed on how I have been solely accountable for managing the live production support platform, with matrix line management of a large global team of web and application support engineers thereby promoting gender diversity.
The talk will focus on technical incident management process implementation and how technology has helped promote gender diversity throughout DAZN and management of application support services globally, major incident and problem management, It will also focus on how the team is committed to world-class standards across all products, services and support, including 24/7 live operations, the entire digital delivery platform (including website streams), and application support and proactive event management.
The teams work has been fundamental to the success of existing products and the expansion of DAZN into new territories and devices, driving market disruption and industry innovation.
